This 1975 Volkswagen Type 2 23-window Microbus was the subject of a rotisserie restoration at a claimed cost of over $100k and was built to replicate the 1962 Alpine Ski Hauler version that carried skiers up to the top of the Alpines. Said to have been completed in 2018, this Type 2 Microbus features a refinished Ruby Red/Cream exterior, a rare dual-length canvas sunroof, diamond-stitched.
